The front desk check in was the best service and experience I've had at a hotel in a while. The gentleman working was so pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint was the gardeners waking me up first thing in the morning after a late night. But that's not on the hotel.

Disappointing for a new hotel
The main problem I had with this brand new hotel is that some of the parts in my room were already damaged, namely a handle on the drawer was smashed in. Also, I reserved a room with a Queen bed. The bed was NOT a queen, it was much smaller and most likely a twin. Very disappointed.

Absolutely WONDERFUL front desk and manager staff!! Breakfast staff—she didn’t want to be there. Super clean. Allowed our dog with no problems! Very glad we stayed and will stay again!

Perfect location....accessible to many restaurants and activities however the cleanliness of our room was not up to par....hair was everywhere, human and Canine...beautiful pool outside however it was full of lint and hair due to a laundry vent emptying into the pool

Theresa checked us in. She was very friendly and extremely accommodating. She was working by herself and was running all over the hotel making everything right for customers. I felt so bad for her because she worked so hard! We checked in and the room was beautiful but the shower had a clump of hair in it, there was no toilet paper, or hand soap. When we told Theresa, she was very apologetic and Tok care of everything right away! She definitely made our stay worth while. The hotel over all is very beautiful. I would stay there again. And I would like to thank Theresa again for being so dedicated to her job. She is an asset to this business! Thank you, Joyce C.

Especially friendly staff that same genuinely happy to assist others. We only stayed a night but had an enjoyable time. Only downfall was the size of the pool and the location of it, which doesn’t get much sun.

At first glance the hotel is fabulous. Once settled in, I could hear everything happening on the floor above me and the rooms beside me. The breakfast bar was completely empty at 8:30 besides the waffle machine. If you want milk, you can pour it out of a gallon. Not impressed. Will not return.

Sam was great! She helped with the yogurt machine. Although she was assigned to the reception. She took her time and disposition to make my experience great. She said “I am sorry about that, let me help you”. Also, I love the detail on the tv with my name.

Pros: Refrigerator with freezer, toaster, supply of utensils, queen suite very roomy, soft towels, very modern and clean. Looks and smells new and fresh. Breakfast area clean and roomy but even at 7:15 had limited food. Staff very friendly. Cons: no hot water in shower, noisy in halls, kids running up and down halls, people yelling, doors slamming at night. Overall, I would choose this hotel again. The kids/noise was not the fault of the hotel. If I stayed more than one night I would want hot water issue fixed
