Great hotel on the waterfront
We stayed for a concert at Live Oak which was in walking distance. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. I will definitely stay again.

I thought the Hotel was average, cleaning wasn't very good. Room wasn't cleaned at check in. We had to call to front office for proper clean. Very disappointed because we always stay embassy on vocations.
