Come relax and chill in our rural Farmstay! Enjoy our completely renovated barn that was once on a working farm and home to cows and chickens! Now it's a Wild West Texas Theme, Outfits, and Photo Backdrops. Enjoy pool, miniature golf, darts, target practice, and other games! We are a few min. to Wills Point, Lake Tawakoni & 45 min to Dallas.
Come and stay with us for a while! We work hard to maintain a clean, safe, chill, and welcoming vibe for both single travelers and families alike.

Friendly Pets Are Welcome (no more than 2 please)! Please let us know if you're bringing some. There's space for them to play outside and plenty of nature to walk. There is a pet fee.

Our place has 17 private bedrooms. Each bedroom is secured and has its own mini fridge and TV. Please bring your own streaming service or you may use one of our loaner accounts. There are no bathrooms in the rooms, instead we have five bathrooms with showers that are shared by the guests. They each have their own lockable door for privacy. We have large common areas and a kitchen that is also shared by all of the guests with cameras in place for the safety and security of all of our guests. As well as a very nice front and back porch area for BBQs and other fun outdoor activities.

Off of highway 80, with easy five minute access to downtown Wills Point. Our place is rural and quiet with two acres, with open land on one side and a set-back neighbor on the other.

We have a vending machine on site as well as access to a pay washer & dryer. We are less than five minutes to local restaurants, grocery store, and laundromat.
