Very helpful staff and quiet hotel even though it seems full. Room was clean and has comfortable beds. Easy parking. Breakfast not bad but the coffee is horrible. Would love to see more environmentally friendly plates, etc at breakfast - plates and coffee cups were styrofoam.

Hotel was very nice! Everything felt very new and clean. Breakfast has a good selection. Super close to Busch Gardens. Pool was great after spending the morning at the amusement park. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

We had a great stay! So close to Busch gardens and water country. The room was clean, comfortable beds, and convenient location to different restaurants. The staff we encountered were all very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was included with our stay and was served until 9:30am. Overall, I would come back again!

The hotel was nice! However, they only gave two to three towels per night! Repeatedly had to go to the desk and ask for more towels! (Four guest including myself, wife, 19 yro daughter and a 11yro daughter). Found out after we got home that an additional 300.00 was charged with no explanation!

This hotel is by far a 5 star hotel. Then entry is beautiful and the rooms are amazing. Impeccably clean and very welcoming. Our bed was another story, but that seems to be every hotel now a days. The food was great for hotel food and the staff was simply amazing. We really enjoyed our stay in Williamsburg!
