We thought this suite was terribly dirty.The floor was constantly wet and slippery.We took a white bath towel to dry the floor and when we were done wiping one area the towel was brown from dirt, within a few minutes it was wet and slippery again.We had to ask for clean sheets the first night as the sheets were dirty, they looked like they were not changed from the previous nights people.They provided towels, sheets, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.There was a small range, a small table with 3 chairs, a smaller full size fridge, a few utensils, bowls, plates, cups and pots/pans, which were also wet.There were 2 washers and 2 dryers on the premises for use $3.50 each.They did not provide hair dryer, conditioner, tissues or paper towels.There were no grab bars in the bathroom.There was a sofa bed but the sofa was so stained and dirty we were afraid to sit on it for fear of catching something.Our suite was right beside the pool and an outdoor bar it was extremely loud from 9am until 11:45pm. I get that people are on vacation and it will be loud by the pool but music blaring until 11:45pm is just inconsiderate!!The rooms are very overpriced, for 2 nights, 2 double beds (not queen) $782 with taxes and fees.Also we booked online and it stated that there was an elevator.One of our family members is handicapped. When we checked in we were told only a few rooms have elevator access.Parking was free.We will never stay at this motel again.

Great hotel, awful guests
The hotel itself was very nice- comfortable beds, nice staff, good food in the restaurant, good amenities. It's in a great location and the parking is super easy to access. But be warned the clientelle is horrific and they don't seem to do anything about it. Unattended children running up and down the halls at 1 am- at one point we found a diaper had been stuck onto the handle of our room.

Was very clean, very close to boardwalk and the rooms were great sized. The biggest problem and a major one at that was Friday and Saturday night their outdoor bar blasted music and had many people being very loud until 2 am. On the Bolero booklet left in room it said outdoor closed at 11pm. So idk what happened. Luckily we had a sound machine and even with that i was woken up by music and noise after midnight and we were 3rd level and further back from bar I felt bad for those who had rooms right there 1st floor by pool bar. Its not an indoor club that bar sgluld of never blasted music outside until 2am.

The hotel room when we first got in found gold fish on the floor. Some type of medicine capsule on the shelf, stuff in refrigerator. We was on third floor with no elevator to bring our stuff up. Did not feel safe due to people we was next to just looked sketchy (not hotels fault) won’t be coming back again tho.
