Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel..
