It was very unprofessional and poor customer service to cancel a reservation made on Expedia due to maintenance on the day of check-in after 3pm check-in time. We were coming from out of state for a family wedding, and to call and say our room was under maintenance last minute and the hotel canceling our reservation, put us in the position of spending double on a room for 2 nights somewhere else. It was very obvious that our room was given to someone else. We were VERY disappointed.

This property is currently being renovated so there are some exceptions. However, I don’t know why people are allowed to stay here. Our hotel was completely disgusting, the bath tub was falling apart. There were tiles missing from the ceiling, the side door of the hotel was open the whole night (anyone could’ve gotten in), the carpet was nasty, some hotel rooms were completely torn up (no walls, no floors, no ceiling). I didn’t really feel safe in my own room. We could barely shower because the tub was brown and there was a huge water spot leaking through the ceiling above the tub. We didn’t know the place was being renovated until after we booked the hotel. There weren’t any staff members around at all and breakfast was not offered even though it said it was included.

The room was OK, the bed was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was great, so the shower was good. The renovations are in full swing, the clerk said they were closing down soon for a month or 2 to finish. It was fine for one night.

Property is being remodeled yet open for rental & still charging normal price. Was notified after renting and Expedia did not warn us. Could have stayed at nicer motel for same price. Entry has couch & coffee pot, & boxes in construction zone. Hall is wrapped in plastic shearing with Sheetrock dust on the floors and carpet missing. Parking area is filled with shipping containers for storage.

My family and I were in town for the NAIA Nationals. The rates were reasonable for a two queen bed room. As the motel is undergoing renovation, I expected a lot more noise and dust honestly, but they sectioned off parts of the motel. I could not hear the work being done. My disappointment came as there was no breakfast available although it is listed as included in the rates. We typically like to stay at motels we can grab breakfast on the way out as we are usually short of time. Communication could be better as I got no response to an email I sent asking about the possibility of an extra rollaway bed or sofa bed in case another family member was free for the visit. I called a couple days later and was able to speak with someone. They did tell me they would be closing for a couple months to complete the renovations. I would recommend that they man the front desk better as each time I came by, no one was there and had to ring for service each time.

So much construction going on there is no way this is safe for guests. Room was old and filthy with the toilet broken, there seems to be homeless people regularly patrolling the parking lot tlfor garbage. Staff was nice but this place needs to shut down.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE it was under construction and you could hear them working on everything…. My toilet was broken when I showed up from 2pm and the manager and or maintenance was “unavailable” so I had to wait until 12am for someone to “look” at it. My door also didn’t lock and they had ice buckets in the rooms but zero ice or water available throughout the whole hotel. Also this place does NOT have breakfast included even if they have it in there booking information… TERRIBLE place don’t waste your money where no one knows how to run a hotel…

They were remodeling, the entire place was covered with plastice, sheetrock dust everywhere, storage containers all in the parking lot,the damn place should have been closed for remodeling.

I guess they are rentavating and when you walk in, nobidy was around to check us in for a long time. Then we're walking down hsllways with plastuc wrap and no walls.. like it should of been illegal to be open for how much was going on..

There is a massive remodel/upgrade in progress, affecting hallways, Lobby, and some rooms. The people were great, and it was as clean as you can expect with construction happening.
