This Hyatt is amazing! Beautifully designed, big warm pool, great big workout room, friendly staff, nice large rooms, delicious breakfast. Can’t think of anything that was missing!

Nice hotel seemed like new. Good breakfast options good kitchen staff, not much for English really nice. The pictures and room thought I booked. Was suppose be suite with one bed in a room with a wall separating the other 2 beds. Instead was 2 beds and couch in same room. The couch made out into a bed with terrible bars bending your back the wrong way. Why do they bother with fold out couch that is unsleepable.

Gorgeous view.
We were greeted with a friendly hello when we first got there Saturday evening. Are beds were super comfy and the room was phenomenal! We did have a small issue with the next floor up with someone running in the early hours. We spoke to the staff and they took care of it!

A little luxury for family of 6 plus a dog. :D
Nice, safe location. Beautiful inside and out, smelled really pleasant! Rooms were clean and spacious. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Was nervous about bringing our dog, but turned out well. Would definitely stay again!

I've stayed at this property many times before and the last two times including this one the cleanliness has been very subpar this time I kept finding long strands of hair everywhere it was disgusting!!! and the floors look like they hadn't been swept or mopped won't be staying here again.

The hotel was fine but the noise level was awful. The room above us was extremely loud. Then the next morning we had to listen to a screaming child for 2 hours because the walls are apparently very thin. Not our best stay.

We loved the location of the hotel, speedy checkin and checkout, staff was super friendly, bed was a bit uncomfortable (time to get new matresses.) Facilities were modern, and they had a very good breakfast in the morning. I actually found out that if you book directly through the hotel, the rate was close to $130 per night, and so for two nights I would have paid $300 instead of $525. I was a bit disappointed that Expedias rates were so much higher. That was my fault for not checking on that sooner, but due to circumstances beyond our control found ourselves really needing something close to the university and I did not think Expedia would over charge.
