Check in took longer than necessary. Pool was closed and scheduled to be closed yet no where on the website or in the hotel didn’t mention anything until asked.
We were put in a room that shared a wall with the Starbucks in the hotel. The first night we were woke up at 5 with loud music and people banging equipment to get coffee out of the holder. I was assured they wouldn't open until 8 the next morning. Unfortunately they didn’t mention the music would stay on all night. Also the mattresses were very uncomfortable. BTW this room is rla designated handicap room.
the room was very clean and comfortable and had appropriate amenities. The only issue we had was the fact that our room overlooked Douglas Street, which is busy and noisy at night. Not much you can do about it, though.
