Dirty bad place
The hotel was filthy, very scary individuals hanging around and staying at the hotel. Did not feel at all comfortable walking anywhere outside. Noise ALL night long. We had no hand soap, the towels were old and grundgy. Water went out about 6 p.m. and did no go back on until approximately 8:30....very bad experience all around

Worst place ever don’t recommend this at all room smelled bad room didn’t have toilet paper you have to buy it and room only had one towel there was flys in the room roaches in the bathroom overall the hotel is horrible 😡😡😡plus the carpet to the room had dog piss it was nasty !!!

Horrible Stay
We went to check in and were told that the room they reserved for us that the air conditioner didn't get any cooler than 86 degree we asked about another room and was told that they didn't have any air conditioners in the other rooms. We had to spend money we really didn't have to spend but we had to so we could stay somewhat cool. Then we didn't have a remote for the tv so we had to go ask for a remote then it took forever to get the tv to work and then we couldn't get the remote to change channels. We got ready. Then we got ready to take a shower and the water didn't work so the only thing I can say good about the hotel is it was clean. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel

We reserved a room specifically to meet up with another family from out of state who also reserved a room. It was supposed to be non-smoking. When we went in, it smelled of smoke and dirty animals, had cigarette burns all over the bedspread, broken ceiling tiles about shower, was dirty, no shampoo or conditioner provided. Our friends went to check in and were told although they reserved a room, none were available. We all had to find a different hotel since our entire plan from traveling out of state was to stay together. I was denied a refund. Not fair that they didn't honor someone else's reservation, yet I'm bound by mine. We were relieved we needed to find somewhere else, the room was nasty. One of our keys didn't work either.
