Welcome to your home away from home! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take note of the following house rules. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check-out time is at 10:00 am. Should you require an extension, please feel free to contact our office to inquire about availability for an additional fee. We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in this home. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a pet-free environment for all guests. Kindly remove your outdoor equipment and shoes before entering the living space of the home. This helps to keep our interiors clean and comfortable for everyone. Parking is available with one assigned spot marked with a sign that reads "McPeak/Goddard." Additional unassigned parking spots can be found at building 11, with overflow parking available at building 7. Please keep in mind, there are about 12 stairs from the parking lot to the unit.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. Please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings in the home. As this is a condominium unit, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors.
