Upon check-in, we found our thermostat and tv didn’t work in our room. The front desk was able to get us into another room easily and upgraded us to a suite, which was very kind. Our original room also appeared to be dirty (e.g., dead flies on tables, fingernail clippings in bathroom). Our new room seemed to be cleaner. The hotel overall looked older and was in need of TLC (missing pictures on the walls, water damage on ceiling, musty smell). The other couple who we were traveling with had the same experience as far as room cleanliness goes. It was definitely overpriced. If we were staying longer, we would’ve canceled our reservation and went somewhere else.

This motel was completely overpriced and did not meet my expectations at all. Room was not clean enough for my standards. Floors had dirt on them, wallpaper peeling off the walls in the bathroom, toilet rocked and not secure, and the room smells old and musty. Very disappointed and would never stay here again. Staff was kind and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is in need of renovations. Carpets are old and dirty. Rooms are dingy. You can hear people in the rooms around you as well as outside as there is little insulation.

This was a budget hotel and so was as expected. The room was clean but outdated. But the elevator smelt awful. I will not choose to stay here again.

I went to get into bed and there were crumbs in the bed! The room phone didn't work, I went to the front desk to get sheets and had to make up the bed. The next morning when taking my shower, there was no shampoo in the bottle. The pool was closed and the woman at the desk said it needed to be repaired since COVID but the owner chose not to put in the money to repair. Would never recommend this property!

The hotel staff was really good. However the hotel itself has seen better days. The employees do the best they can with what they have but many things need upgrading. Facets in bathrooms are all pitted and showers are a nightmare. You cannot stand up in them because they are so slippery and there are no grab bars in the bathrooms anywhere. There are no nice touches for the guests such as restaurant lists or sights to see. There are the usual touristy brochures but nothing about the immediate area. You know the little things that make a hotel a little more special.

Our room had water stains and damage to the walls. The wall paper was peeling off due to the water damage. Our shampoo dispenser was empty and broken. There was an area of our carpeting that was wet. The staff was very friendly and nice. They were very accommodating.
