The hotel stay was comfortable and conveniently near the shopping mall and restaurants. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was passive aggressively rude. Also the lock on the room door did not work - I hope they fix it. I let the rude front desk lady know- don’t think she cared.

Good Stay Good Value
Four night stay multipurpose trip. Fair price for NYC area. Staff is welcoming, responsive and attentive. Hotel is comfortable and clean, rooms are large and well equipped (just a little worn but well kept and clean) breakfast is adequate (used to be more interesting). Location is excellent. If with a car, parking is free and just 2 minutes from major hi ways. In middle of streetscape mall makes a variety of restaurants and shops, just outside the door.

When i arrived the staff was really nice, friendy. There's outside shopping outside of the hotel, many shopping and food options. Breakfast in the morning was good aswell. The room was spacious, gorgeous bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay.
