Breakfast was miserable, no markers on any food. Fruit looked like it was from another day. Not worth 18.95. Fire alarm at 5:15AM no announcements to tell guests if they should stay or evacuate. Eventually, it was reset.

About 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off. Got up and walked to the lobby and then out side. We were told it was a false alarm. Went back to the room and got back in bed. Then half an hour later it goes off again. Half an hour later it goes off again. I didn't get much sleep. Checked out in the morning and was told there would be no copponsion it wasn't any thing they did. It is still your building, and I still paid $244. For a place to sleep! Free breakfast or 10 percent off my stay would of been nice.

The stay was great but the only complaint I had was with housekeeping. Housekeeping barged in the room without consent while my family was still asleep but other than that the hotel and front desk were really good to me and my family. Thank you

BUGS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!
The staff was very nice and very professional c not a bad thing… I was there for my Uncles Funeral so stressed enough…there were a lot of BUGS (I have pictures and videos,) crawling all over the bathroom floor, and through OUT the room, my wife’s was so discussed she did t even shower that morning, refused to go in there…we had a short time from to get to the funeral but I did mention it to the front counter and showed the video, they were kind and sympathetic,but I had no time to argue about things…. I really want my money back…we tavern often and this was by far my worst experience in 30 years… I will be sharing this with everyone
