Uncomfortable beds,lousy pillows, very loud refrigerator, air conditioner behind full length curtains so no air flow. It was a very worn out motel. “ free breakfast was a pre wrapped muffin and super sweet coffee, even though we added nothing! Also no ice machine available and our phone was not working.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures, kitchen area outdated and in disrepair, refrigerator making a loud knocking noise, beds were uncomfortable, front staff upon check in was visiting in lobby with family member who was swearing on the phone, parking was behind building in a dimly lit parking garage, I did not feel safe with my 2 teenagers, breakfast was pre wrapped muffins and cereal bars, definitely not worth the price I paid for one night! I will not be back!!

The kitchen set up was OK except nothing was included. We had to go to the front desk to get plates, knives, forks, etc. We felt the area was probably not very safe.

The representative at the front desk was very kind and professional, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was extremely disappointing. The property was filthy, run-down, and had an overwhelming odor that varied from animal waste to marijuana to just general funk. It was honestly one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. The bed didn’t even have a proper box spring — just a mattress placed on a low platform with only three pillows. Nothing in the hotel felt clean or well-maintained. The gym area was cluttered and grimy, and my room looked and felt like something out of a rundown motel, not a proper hotel. The only reason I didn’t leave was because every other place in town was fully booked due to the Tarrytown Halloween Parade. Otherwise, I would have checked out immediately. Outside, there was a pile of dog waste near the parking area that sat there untouched for all three days of my stay. The same unpleasant smell in the elevator when I arrived was still there when I left — no sign of cleaning or upkeep. Overall, the place was not just old and neglected, but completely unkempt. It felt more like a long-term housing facility than a hotel for travelers. I would never return — it was honestly that bad.

The Oarking lot was scary! Verydark and felt unsafe, especially if you're a female!! Need more lighting. The Hotel is old and needs to be renovated. For example the Fridge was rusty and hard to open.. The bright side was the young man working at the reception desk! Very patient and cordial! Kudos to him..

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel smelled like weed everywhere, and the rooms also had a smell (not sure if it was weed or something else). Parking lot and stairs to the hotel from the parking lot also smelled like weed. The room itself was fine, but seems overpriced for what it is. There was no housekeeping while staying, only before and after your stay.
