"My partner and I along with our 7 month old and our cat stayed for two weeks at the beginning of December. We were looking for a place to relax and be together before the holidays. Solymar was the perfect find. The cottage is beautiful and cozy. It was just what we were looking for. We will miss waking up to the amazing views of the ocean every morning. We were able to do some Christmassy things while we were here because alot of the surrounding towns have holiday events. Anne was a wonderful host and we really appreciated how quickly she responded whenever we reached out and how thoughtful she was. She even reached out to tell us about events happening while we were here. We loved our time here and will definitely be back! The cottage was extremely clean and you will be amazed at the incredible views. Thank you Anne, we loved our stay!!! "

"This was one of the best stays on the cape. Hpme was clean, updated and cozy. It is truly a great place to stay. The only recommendation I suggest is providing your renters with a Kuerig coffe maker. (Sorry about the spelling)."

"We loved many things about this property. Very clean. Great outdoor space. Lots of fun games. Great communication with the management company. However, the house interior feels awkward (can't open the back door if the fridge is open; the door to the deck from the dining room is practically useless), the common areas are all tile and hardwood, making the space cacophonous, and much of the lighting is harsh (lots of bare bulbs disguised as lamps). There's not a lot of warmth or coziness to the interior space. But, again, it was very clean, in a great location, had an enjoyable outdoor space, the beds were comfy, and we very much enjoyed our time there. It just has the potential to be much more than it currently is."

"Our stay was effortless. Quick check in. Three suggestions. 1- the tv is small. If your laying in bed, the bed across from the bath, you can't see it. View is obstructed by the wall. It should be on the wall next to bath. 2- the bathroom needs a shelf or 2. Nowhere to put toiletries. 3- there are no garbadge receptacles outside any rooms. We were smokers and didn't want to bring extinguished ciggs in the room make it smell. "
