Enter into the open concept main level entertainment spaces where you will find the finishes have been thoughtfully planned out to the finest of detail. To say that this home is an entertainers delight would be an understatement. With a front lounge space with a deep sectional sofa to sink into and cosy up to watch movies in front of the luxurious gas fireplace, and a modern kitchen with a 6-burner gas stove, dual ovens, wine fridge, built-in Wolff espresso machine, and two seats at the bar.

The formal dining room comfortably seats 10, with the patio that opens to a wrap-around deck on the golf course green. The formal living room features vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows to immerse you in nature and take in the scenery of the mountains while you relax with family and friends alongside another warm and comforting gas fireplace. Outside there is comfortable seating around the exterior fireplace, as well as a covered 4-5 person hot tub where you can watch the game from another big screen TV, outside!

Also on this main level, you will find the added perks of a wet bar conveniently located between the main entertainment spaces, as well as a one master bedroom with garden patio access with a king bed, large smart television, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This lower bedroom would be excellent for any guests with mobility issues.

Upstairs and overlooking the main living room with bright skylight windows and mountain views is the cute and comfortable sitting loft area with a television. The remaining four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes are all located on the second level. A second master bedroom features a king bed with a small private patio, television and large ensuite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and the fifth bedroom is great for kids or two couples with a fantastic built-in queen over queen bunk.

The creme de la creme of this spectacular home is the large and luxurious cinema room! Filled with comfortable sofas and lounge chairs, as well as a minibar and microwave for convenient popcorn refills on demand. Set the scene with an impressive surround sound system and a 1-button ‘movie time’ setting to close blinds, reveal projection screen, turn on the large projection television to delight the entire family.

Awesome Chalet
The property was amazing. The location was great and the house had many great features such as a great sound system throughout the house, a beautiful fire pit out back, a cool theatre room, and electronically controlled toilets with seat warmers. Truly an amazing experience. One area for improvement would be that the stairs inside the house have a bottom step that is difficult to see due to the colour being the same as the surrounding floor which caused a couple of people to miss the bottom step a couple of times. There should be a strip placed along the edge of the step to make it stand out. Otherwise a great place.

Hi-tech and Beautiful Property
We rented this property to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. It is in a great location, and was 5 stars all the way. The layout and amenities were more than expected. The added benefit of having a concierge to help plan special activities made this a very special time for my family. We even had a private chef some to the house to cook a meal. The property is very hi-tech so if you aren't savvy with electronics, this may not be the property for you. Be wary of the stairs as we had three people fall down the final steps as there was no railing.
