Room was falling apart maintence had to come and fix our door lock…didn’t lock properly, heat was cranked to 23 and couldn’t turn it down even after I called front desk 2 times they said it’s being worked on but wouldn’t have it fixed while we were there told us to open a window. one elevator working. Left my hat in the room when we checked out and I called twice to let them know and front desk said they would try to find it but has not called me back either time. Carpets in the hallways all stained and gross. Trashy hotel

Oh, when we got there, they put us right above the entry to the hotel and if we open the window exhaust would come in and noise from Earl’s. Then it was our twins birthdays and I had a little speaker to celebrate by the pool and I was told by the spa that we can’t have a speaker playing, not very kid friendly. Then I forgot my credit card and I put the deposit on my debit, the manager went up to check the room, and said the debit machine wasn’t working. when it just worked for the person before us, she didn’t want to return my deposit and lied that it wasn’t working and went up and checked our room, and of course the room was good. Anyways, the cleaners were awesome. The front staff was great, I don’t think they should have a spa side pool where kids are gonna be playing.. I don’t think we’ll stay there again
