The hotel was unique and felt more like an apartment with the loft. Nice views and had a comfy bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was not as clean as it should be. The couch was very dirty, had to lay towels on it to be able to sit down. The vent in the bathroom above the sink, you could tell it had never been cleaned. It was full of caked on dust. I left some kleenex on the dresser, they were not even picked up. The location is prime, but unfortunately i would not reccommend it because of the cleanliness issue.

The location is infront of the village and close to restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tubs was at a different location. Room did not have direct access to elevator and prepare to climb stairs. Check in was difficult to find location and online checking in was not convenient. Additional cost for parking

Nice loft with excellent view
It’s a very nice loft with second floor with excellent patio and beautiful view. The only downside is the room on the second floor has no AC. But good thing the weather is not that hot.

We were really comfortable in the queen loft w/ sofa bed. The Wifi was exrememely spotty, so if you are going there to work, or need connection, you may want to check this out first. Not sure if others have had the same problem. Luckily, we brought books, etc., so it didn't affect us too much. The staff was so helpful, respectful and friendly. Check-in and out was smooth and the staff gave us a great parking spot (as one of us has mobility issues). They also gave us accurate recommendations on accessible lakes nearby. We really appreciated the staff!

Check in staff were great! Charlotte was so helpful and nice! Showers were slippery, water pressure was weak and half the shower head didnt work. We had 2 rooms and had the same issues for both. Also couldn’t use my dyson air wrap In the washroom, it stopped working.

Did not leave my room as I had to sign a paper stating that if my dog makes noise that the spca would be called and would take the dog away. So I was scared to leave the room as I wasn’t sure how my dog would react when I’m not there. I’ve travelled with my 5 pound dog in the past and no issues. Ended up checking out a day early as I didn’t want to stay in my room the whole trip.

We had a sweet with a queen size bed in a loft. It was so hot in the loft we could barely sleep. Room was small and not well laid out no parking for our truck. The staff were excellent. However, based on the rooms, I wouldn’t stay here again
