Accessible from the living area, the large balcony overlooks the protected wooded area on the edge of the property while offering the perfect space for outdoor entertainment with a BBQ, patio furniture with an outdoor fireplace, and a sunken hot tub. The expansive patio runs along the entire length of the upstairs living space, providing an excellent indoor/outdoor space alongside the parklike lot adjacent to the home which is hugely popular in the summer months.

The 4 comfortable bedrooms + den with a queen convertible sofa bed are perfectly set up for those combining work with pleasure, with 4 separate stations from which to work remotely with high-speed internet.

Please note that for peak FESTIVE PERIODS, we accept a 7-night rental over Christmas OR New Years Weeks, or a 14-night minimum reservation if the reservation falls over both holidays. Only arrivals/departures on Dec 26/27/28/29th will be considered. If you instant book and the dates do not work, we reserve the right to cancel. Midstay cleans are mandatory on any booking at/over 7 nights.
