I had made reservations for the room for 2 nights several days before staying, was told to call before midnight if I was going to be later so I did the lady on the phone ensured everything was set and ready to go, once I got to hotel I went to check in and I couldn’t get into lobby door was locked called from phone by door no answer, finally a young gentleman jumps up off a couch he fell asleep on let me and another customer in, went to check in he couldn’t find me in the system I tried to show him my confirmation email and he told me he didn’t need to see it because I’m not in system, got another room so paid for another night then decided to just check my bank account and was already charged for the first 2 nights I reserved so I went back down to lobby where that same young gentleman was laid back on couch asleep again and told him about the charges and he magically found the paperwork that was left by the lady I spoke to earlier that night.

Rebecca the GM was extremely helpful to my entire family while we were in town for my father's funeral. She and her staff made a very difficult time just that much easier. We are all extremely appreciative.

Sheets had not been changed and it was quite obvious. Bathtub was dirty. I was offered to change rooms but had already gotten everything out and it was too late. She didn’t offer new linens. So I made do. Coffee maker was broken. have stayed here many times but it has really gone downhill in the past year. It seems continually understaffed. However, it is safe so that is a plus. I neglected to take pictures.
