Very disappointed in this room. Smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, lamp is broken and fell on me, coffee machine did not work, bathroom sink all clogged up, internet would not connect, bathtub fixtures rusty and cracked. I want My money back. Went to another hotel across the street. For the next two nights.

I didn’t take the time to eat but considering part of the hotel is under construction, my stay was excellent. Chelsea at the front desk was helpful and when I arrived for late check in, she recognized my name as my husband had called her earlier to let her know I was running a little behind. Everyone at desk also were very nice.
