Property was clean but signs of wear and tear in the rooms. The hotel was unfortunately very noisy and had no noise cancellation. We were woken up by another guests alarm going off, then the next night we were woken up by doors slamming and people speaking at 3am. That morning we were then woken up to the sound of pipes in the room. Very disappointed for the price. It's expected that you can sleep well in a hotel

Not so good, door key faulty. It took 20 minutes to get into our room. bathroom needs refurbishment chipped paint ceiling needs new plastering curtain fell down window sill painting cracked also hair in bathroom shower after wasn’t hot enough not enough choice in breakfast

Overall the quality of the hotel was good, however slamming doors in the middle of the night kept me awake, which resulted in a really poor nights sleep. The shower over bath is also functional, but would be a bit precarious for those less nimble on their feet. Really convenient location and decent breakfast.

Hotel room was nice but average, the pictures looked more modern compared to what it was like in person. Unfortunately the hairdryer wasn’t working. We also got locked out of our room for 30 minutes as our room card had a fault and wasn’t working and we had to wait for the manager/caretaker to come. The experience would have been better if the room was cleaned daily, we went three days without fresh towels and beds not being made.
