Expensive rate in a so so facility. Needs some serious upgrading. Could not even get a bottle of water at their coffee bar. Happy I was only there for a single night.

This is an adequate property, but for the money, expected more. They’ve done a good job updating what seems to be a former, very modest motor lodge, but you can change the bones of a place. Very thin walls and floors. I recommend an upper floor room, as we endured a lot of foot noise from our neighbors above (and they weren’t a problem). Every day (four) we can in from the park to damp towels. We did report it to the desk personnel and towels were replaced by dry ones, but though assured the issue would be addressed, it was not resolved during our stay. Other than that, the room was comfortable enough, and walking distance from restaurants and attractions.

Nice Get Away in West Yellowstone
Upon arriving we were a bit concerned as the exterior of the hotel looked worn. However the interior lobby was nice and offered cookies and coffee. Our room was also small, but had nice decor and a comfy King size bed which we needed after many travel nights in a queen bed. Bath was small too but overall it would be great for a 1-3 night stay.

Great location near dining and shopping. Super clean room and I love the 2 sinks with great lighting separate from the shower/toilet room so 2 people getting ready was easy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Ice machine and coffee/tea in lobby.

Good location. We have two rooms rented but both rooms don't match the website pictures. The bed sheet and blanket are not clean. The shower stool is too tiny, not able to bend down.
