The room was huge. Gave a cabin feel. It was slightly outdated, comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Close to the entrance of Yellowstone. Also close to the bear and wolf discovery center.

Hotel Stay
Great and recommended stay for anyone with family visiting Yellowstone National Park. The staff was friendly and the check-in/checkout process was quick and easy. Everything in West Yellowstone is within walking distance. I plan to stay in this hotel on my next visit to the area.

They are not exactly pet friendly. If you plan to leave your pet in hitel to go out to eat or shop, do not stay here. They say oet friendly, but you will be requured to sign a form stating you will not leave your pet. Front staff complained about pet owners expecting to kennel in room while out to eat. Also 14 year old reprimand by staff for making a mess and didnt realize they had done so. Dogs and children are an inconvenience

This is a great place to stay when touring Yellowstone. This hotel is extremely close to the park entrance. We saw elk every day and one grizzly. The town is very tourist friendly with restaurants and shops all within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was so nice, the room was clean, the pool was nice and we loved the breakfast.

I booked a superior room and I did not get it. Hotel is old and price I have paid it’s not worth it. We got a small room on main floor and with razor thin walls it was so noisy entire night. Super small room and I paid almost $400 a night and it is only worth like $100 like any 2 star inns. Only thing good was breakfast. I am super disappointed for the price I paid for it.
