Exterior highlights include the rooftop deck, where you can unwind and admire an unobstructed panorama of the surrounding beauty, a private hot tub for soaking beneath the starry nights, and a secluded, shaded backyard with mature trees where you can enjoy warm-weather barbeques and dine alfresco, and later, outdoor games. The screened sunroom allows you to enjoy a pleasant island breeze at any time.

Inside, three stories of updated living space include vaulted ceilings, upscale furnishings, and an impressive chef’s kitchen. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The loft, outfitted with a sleeper sofa and rocking chair, is the perfect place to curl up with a good book. For mealtimes, indulge your inner chef in the kitchen, appointed with spacious granite countertops. High-end stainless steel appliances include a Viking gas range with double ovens and a wine fridge. The dining area, along with bar seating, will allow everyone to gather over meals and conversation. Complimentary WiFi, two washer/dryer sets, and beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are also provided in the rental.

This three-story home sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and a loft. Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, furnished with a plush king bed. The private balcony offers comfy seating and a lovely backyard view. The en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The second suite has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom holds a twin bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Open to the floors below, the lofted bedroom has a queen-size bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower, and a half bath provides additional convenience.

The enviable location is just four miles from Long Point Beach, a pristine stretch of sand that’s a favorite among locals. Nearby hiking and biking trails make it easy to explore Manuel F. Correllus State Forest, the heart of which is just three miles away.

The hot tub is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
