i arrived early because i wasn't feeling well. no early checkin without paying additional $100. at noon price dropped to $40 but i was too ill to get up and do it. ended up sick in lobby restroom. checked in at 2. was very sick. no one ever checked to see if i was even alive. no room service. no porter.

The property is well maintained and exceptionally clean Staff were courteous and friendly and appeared to enjoy their working environment and took pride in it Nothing was too much trouble Good early morning breakfast with reasonable choices The only fault was public areas were a little on the chilly side. Bedrooms had heating but took a while to warm up. Think the early cold snap caught them unaware

Gatwick airport north terminal hotel, perfect location for overnight stay. Rooms have all you need, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again. Bar choice and prices reasonable for airport location and breakfast included.

I reported to the desk clerk that the floors were sqeaky and the beds were hard and squeaky. Kept us awake most of the night. She said I'll make a note...no apology or sympathy or business good will. I coukd do mo more than report it.
