Small, Efficient, Clean
I stayed alone, and it was super-clean, attractive, tidy, and very modern. I can't imagine fitting in another person, however. Super convenient right in the South terminal. A wise choice!

I booked for double room for king size bed. When I checked in they gave me a double room however the double bed near to the wall. So basically whoever slept inside need crawl out and disturb my friend. Anyway went to complaining to reception told me they have no twin bed. Long story short they offered me bud bed facilities were crap. I didn’t I had booked for king size bed till when I checked out. Basically I paid for double room (king size bed) were given small matches room with bud bed! Conning customer !! Bad customer experience 😡

Decent room. Only real complaint is an awful shower set up. Good luck having more than a 2 minute shower and keeping the floor dry

Very convenient
So convenient! Right inside the south terminal at Gatwick. Room was very small, shower/toilet/sink is the same room. Like on boat. Very doable though. We would stay again. You also get a discount at some of the airport restaurants.

Stand up or lie down - but nowhere to sit
Ok I only booked a basic single room but the room had bunk beds so couldn’t sit up in bed, and no chair so couldn’t work at the small bedside table. Called reception to complain that the standard was worse than basic and ask if I could be moved - was told that I could but for an extra £20.

Perfect in every way when catching a next day flight at Gatwick. Hotel entrance is adjacent to Departures Security in the South Terminal. Staff were very friendly, room was clean and cozy, and was quiet.
