The Tropical Guest Cottage is located in the in highly sought- after Palm Beach Historic District, of El Cid on the "300 Block," just one block from the intercostal water way.
This is a very SAFE, and quiet neighborhood. All of the houses in the El Cid area are 2 million +, so it is very enjoyable to walk around the neighborhood and admire the architecture and breath taking landscaping.
The guest cottage is fully detached from the main house on the property, offering complete privacy. Surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping nestled under the shade of a 90 year old mango tree.
Interior approx. 600 square feet. Updated tile floors and fresh paint. Ice cold A/C, & heat (seldom needed in FL). The open wood beam plank ceiling and many windows opening onto the garden and mango tree, offer an open-feel to the somewhat smaller space.

BEDROOM: Brand new queen size bed with new egyptian cotton linens, new white down comforter, new flatscreen smart TV, 2 separate sitting areas, a writing desk, full length mirrored closet space and a clothes dresser.
BATHROOM: has traditional Florida style 50’s sunny yellow tile. This is a happy color to start your day in! Shower, toilet, sink and storage space. Original radiant heater in the bathroom. We provide new high-end luxury towels and a hair dryer. Start-up shampoo, conditioner, & soaps provided for your convenience.

We know how much people love their fur babies so, small dog/cat under 20lbs acceptable with the $50 pet fee.
The pet fee is for the additional/ deep cleaning needed after pet stay in-between guests.
RULES:
* We are contingent on the minimum damage protection plan offered by VRBO. They offer two options:
1.) 1 time fee of $59 provides up to $1500 in accidental insurance. (RECOMMENDED)
2.) Refundable $1500 security deposit
*** Please note takes approx 2 weeks for VRBO to return the security deposit
NO smoking inside the unit, outside is perfectly acceptable.
