We had a good stay here with our little dog. The hotel was as I expected and I rated it with that mind. Not a bad place to stay at all. It's about what I expected, which was not a 5 star resort but not a crack hotel either. I'd stay here again if I was in town.

Our room wasn't ready for almost 3 hours after check in. There was a long line of people waiting for rooms. We tried to cancel because of the room not being ready and were told we couldn't. The place was noisy and had the most uncomfortable beds i have ever experienced.my wife went and slept in the car because of the noise and bad beds.

Hot tub broken, fridge had food left in it, my buddy's fridge smelled like death, always short on food for breakfast and a small dining area with a couple riff raff sleeping in it. The staff was really helpful and pleasant but house keeping was poor.

This was the worst stay we have had in a reallllly long time. Would like to start out by saying the hotel is nothing like how you see it online. Our room came with two adult towels. We requested more and the front office dude basically told us to kick rocks and he was way to busy to accommodate.. we need extra blankets for our children and they didn’t have any of those either. They ran out of pool towels. We were 5 mins late to breakfast and we just asked if we could take some apples and they said nope. We also asked for a late check out on a Sunday and they could accommodate. All in all they weren’t accommodating whatsoever.

The staff was wonderful and helpful, but the building is old and the smell of cigarette smoke is unbearable. There was a blood stain on my comforter and I woke up with a hacking cough from the smoke.
