Lakeside cabin was amazing!! Cute and cozy had a towel for the pups!! Didnt bring ours but the thought was wonderful. Bed was soft instant coffee was drinkable untill i made it to the property kitchen. Will definitely make this a more permanent stay destination on our adventures.

It was a great stay. Nice and close to the center part of town. The room was clean. The walls are a little thin in regard to noise but they did provide ear plugs if so desired.The musician's playing saturday night in the lobby was relaxing and great. Overall a great stay.

We didn’t stay at the lodge downtown Leavenworth. We only went there to get coffee and the staff at the coffee stand was very nice. We got a coffee on the house for staying at the cabin down at the river, which is also owned by the lodge.

BEWARE!!! This property has 2 locations and so when you think you are booking downtown, your place may actually be 10 mins outside of town and not walkable for leavenworth. They tried to blame expedia for the FACT that they are intentionally misleading people, when LOGE is responsible for the information on their listings, expedia is just a third party booking service. You can rest assured this is intentional by the property, evidenced by other reviews i found after our terrible experience expressing the same complaints, they are aware they are misrepresenting their property and have done nothing to fix the listing. They will also do exactly nothing after they are outed for robbing you blind, other than blame expedia for their own lies in the listing. To be clear we rented 2 of the cabins listed on the LOGE leavenworth - DOWNTOWN listing. The map shows a location that is 10 mins from where the cabins are actually located. To make matters worse neither the internet nor the tv in our cabin worked to which LOGE also did nothing. Save your trip (and your peace) now and book elsewhere.

The staff was really great. The bunk bed sheets were filthy though. There were dirt smudges and grit all over the bunk bed sheets. When we asked for clean sheets, we got a set in a bag that was covered in big clumps of dog hair or something. It was pretty gross. The hotel is fairly loud, and the courtyard stays lit all night which means that the rooms don't get very dark. The location couldn't have been better though, and the games in the lobby area were super fun. My daughter also liked hanging out in the hammock to read.

The river front property was nice in scenery, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the layout was odd. We were about switch to the main hotel was great, but we were locked out of the old room immediately so we couldn’t retrieve our items. It took a 30 minute phone call to someone offsite until the GM was communicated with to get to us. Which was mostly miserable because it was dark, cold, and raining - otherwise it would have been tolerable.

The property it’s so noisy and too much drunk people the wall are so thin it’s supposed to be quiet time at 10 pm, but the noise last until past midnight. The amount of money that I paid is not worth it. No personal touch. I’m do disappointed and it’s nit a relaxing vacation. The worst place ever. Who still offer instant coffee and the ice water that they offer in the so called lobby us empty
