The room was nice and tidy but a bit cold I followed instructions on the conditioner but it only pushed cold air out despite of 20 temperatures on the display Couldn't work out the heater, left it on random settings, and it was too hot. No instructions for that heater to be found! Overall - a good experience, could've been better if I arrived not so late at night and could ask for help :)

what i found different was the free gym usage they have for les mills. what i didn't like was i left early on my second and third day there with the sign out so housekeeping could tidy the room, and nothing had been done even after I brought it to their attention, on the second day after i told them a second time that it hadn't been cleaned, they cleaned it. hopefully this is resolved on future visits
