Nice room. The facility is nice but a bid odd as it is exceedingly large yet there seems to not be much happening. Breakfast was good. Needing to access our room for the exterior could be an issue with inclement weather.

Overall, my husband and I were pleased with the hotel. We understand that it is under new ownership so we tried to take that into account. You can tell they still have work to do but there is potential and we had everything we needed for the most part. The breakfast was a little disappointing as we got there a little later and it didn't seem like they were restocking. The staff we interacted with, Sara and Sophie, were excellent and helpful. The hot tub and fitness area were very nice as well. It would be nice if they had the tiki bar open in the pool/spa but it will be in the future.

Overall, very satisfied! I used to come to this property as a child & have very fond nostalgic memories. Very impressed with the interior design & aesthetic. Things seem to be in motion with converting the aquatic space into a functional space. Remaining hopeful that this can be utilized in some Sort of experiential entertainment for kids & youth in the area. Will stay again!

It’s so dark, like everywhere on the property. Even the room lights didn’t really light the room up. The lobby was so dark it was hard to see the paperwork at check in. It’s a vibe and feels very intentional, but a bit more lighting would have been awesome.

The bed was super comfortable. The gal at registration was very nice. Large hot tub in room was nice but not cleaned well. Room had cobwebs. Torn wall paper. Bathtub was worn and rusty. Box from a birthday cake was outside our patio door in grass full of rainwater. Fridge in room needed to be defrosted. Breakfast food was eh at best. Last guests left their card with door code on it so i wonder how clean the room really was. Didnt see any security cameras where we parked.

We unfortunately booked a room in the same night as a wedding and a poolside disco party. It was very, very noisy and the bar wasn’t available. The breakfast was disappointing.

Bantr October Stay

Room was clean but very dim lit. We also were unaware of the large party complete with a DJ outside of our window on one night of our stays. The larger pool was torn up which was a little bit of a disappointment. I also want to take time to note the breakfast served had a weird taste to it like almost fishy. We ended up going and getting breakfast elsewhere.

It is unusual to stay in a partially used hotel under extensive renovation, like visiting a ghost town. Even so, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is fantastic. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are competent and friendly. The pool—the part in use—is great.
