The staff was absolutely amazing our entire stay. The young lady at the desk when we arrived and she was also the breakfast attendant was exceedingly kind and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was fantastic, we spent hours there, no crazy chemical smells, the pool was warm and the hot tub was excellent as well. This will be our go to when coming back for visits.

Looks like a typical hotel as you pull up. Almost like in a little industrial area. Grocery store walking distance. Handful of restaurants right in the area. As you walk in, place looks clean, minus the couple beat up leather chairs. Pool area looked nice, I did not use it, but looked clean and well maintained. Huge sitting area for breakfast. I was not able to eat there though so I can’t speak to the food. Up the elevator to the second floor I went. Upon exiting, the hallways are a bit beat up, no decoration on the walls. Someone seemed to have started painting some of the room doors with wrong color paint. At this point because how dull the halls seemed, I was a little concerned on what the room would be like. Well open the door and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, well maintained. Full size fridge, plates and dishes, dishwasher, 2 burner stove. I had a single king room. Bed was very comfortable, pillows a little softer than I like, but I slept great. Staff were fantastic, didn’t have a ton of interaction with them but apon entry she was very accommodating to my questions. Was up and about the next morning around 4am, and the gentleman was right there asking how my night was. So all in all I’d go back there no problem. It seems to be more of a extended stay, so if you are planning on doing things in the area, give it a shot for yourself. I would.

We were very happy with our stay. All the staff was friendly and professional. The room was roomy, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and lots of options. The only reason we didn't give the property around the hotel an excellent rating: new RV storage on one side, new silo storage on the other - but neat and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Quick one night stop on a long drive. Room was comfortable and spacious. Curtains were actually black out which was nice. Good spread and choices at breakfast. We had the one king suite with a pull out bed and the pull out bed wasn't very comfortable nor did it have appropriate bedding. Overall it what was we needed and we would use the hotel again. The staff was all very friendly and courteous.

The staff was over the top great and the coffee machine was my favorite. Pool is heated and very clean. Breakfast was good but not amazing but clean and saved us the cost of a meal. Will stay there again!

We had a very nice stay!!
This was a nice hotel. Clean comfortable and spacious room. Bed and pillows were great. I especially liked the pillows! I slept better than I do at home. Breakfast was very nice. I liked the room breakfast was in. Love the coffee machine that also brews hot chocolates, mochas and lattes. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Whenever we interacted with staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel in the Wausau area.
