Nice place that appears to have been updated recently(carpeting and mattress) however some of the other updates were not done by a high quality carpenter. Little things( toilet seat crooked, shower head loose, door not squared up and door lock not installed correctly) that kept it from getting 5 stars. Very nice and friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

A Marvelous Manor!!!
Perfect two days at the manor!! Absolutely pristine housekeeping. Everything in our room was immaculate…shiny, polished, gleaming. Crisp white sheets, comfy bed. Fridge stocked with cold drinks. Coffee maker. Nice seating area. Spacious room. Delicious hot breakfast as well as fresh fruit, cereal, bagels. Hats off to the breakfast lady who cooks and cleans the rooms. Excellent job!!! Game room, soaking pool, fire pit and magnificent view of the lake. Great value. Would definitely return!!

We had an OK stay. Our room was recently redone. Fresh paint, new rug and furniture however the decor was old fashioned. We did love the king size bed, very comfortable.

Very nice and beautiful views
Our stay was very nice. We had a king size bed, which was very comfortable and a reclining sofa with TV. The bathroom was very well lit with a jacuzzi tub. Our room was next to the kitchen area so we could walk right outside the room to get our breakfast and coffee. The B & B had a large deck where you could eat breakfast and take in the gorgeous view of Seneca Lake. The pool was a great perk and the gazebo with gas fire pit made the stay that much nicer!

What a great place. They have truly thought of everything. We are just here for one night but the accommodations here could keep us here for longer. We would definitely recommend and come back ourselves.

The owners were very friendly and ready to serve and accommodate us. The rooms were spacious and clean. They were a little dated, but the house is huge with many areas to sit and enjoy the view. It is very convenient to the town. I would definitely stay here again!

The office is filthy, out dated, and smells of smoke. Our room was 84 degrees , it took 2 hours to cool down, the rug was so old it had permanent dirk tracks, the robes smell, the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are in the bathroom, lawn furniture filthy. So disappointed we couldn’t wait to leave and this cost me $240! What a waste of our 25 Wedding Anniversary !!!!!!

We enjoyed our recent stay at Longhouse Manor B&B! They are obviously in the process of improving the property, and most things in our room (#3) were nice and new. The bed and bedding was very comfy! The sitting area had a very nice recliner sofa. Having a room darkening pull down shade was nice as well. The only drawbacks were the bathroom still needs some repairs - specifically the tile around the toilet, and either a new toilet, or a seat that fits properly. The lighting over the mirror could be a bit better as well. But those things didn’t keep us from enjoying our time! And the upstairs common room and deck were wonderful!
