Central in location, you will be a five-minute drive to Main Street restaurants and entertainment, the YMCA, Thomas Collge, and Colby College. Fall and winter are great times of year to enjoy the nearby walking trails for hiking and cross-country skiing.

It is less than 5 minutes to Main Street, the YMCA, and Colby. Inland Hospital is less than 10 minutes, and Maine General Hospital in Augusta or Redington-Fairview Hospital in Skowhegan is 25 minutes away. You are minutes from many downtown Waterville restaurants and bars.
