Step into our inviting kitchen, which comes fully stocked with all the essential appliances, utensils, and cookware to make you feel right at home. Whether you're prepping a meal on the spacious kitchen island while savoring your favorite wine, or indulging in a delightful dinner by the fireplace in our cozy dining nook, complete with a bar-height dining table that comfortably seats four, it's the perfect setting for a leisure dining experience.
**Living Room**

Please note that there is a futon that can be utilized for sleeping if needed. However, it's worth noting that although functional, it may not offer the most comfortable experience.
**Washer/Dryer** They are located in the common hallway space just outside this apartment. This amenity is shared among all guests in this apartment building.
PET POLICIES/GUIDELINES
- We accept dogs (max of 1), but do not accept cats.
- Pet fee is a one time fee per pet unless staying greater than 30 days
- To prevent damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Whenever possible, please crate pets when not home.
- Please be sure your dog is on a leash at all times when outdoors and pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay.
- Guests are required to sign Excapeaway’s Rental Agreement prior to the check-in.
- Dogs are allowed for a certain fee and should be communicated prior to us prior to check in. Limit 1 dog.
- Please leave trash curbside on Tuesday evening to be picked up Wednesday. You may use the garbage cans labeled 34 Western. Trash must be placed in the Town of Waterville purple trash bags in order for it to be picked up. For those with a furry friend, please empty poop trash can into a purple trash bag to be placed in the larger can marked 34 Western. Please do not throw loose trash in the cans. For those staying longer, you may need to purchase additional bags and are available at Hannaford or other local stores.
- During the winter months, please help keep the deck clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all tenants and guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be cleared of snow. Please note that refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages.
- Access to the basement is for utility purposes only.
