Charming cottage available for rent, sitting alongside the beautiful Niantic River, located on the Riverhouse estate in Waterford, Connecticut. The property includes access to 100+ft of private waterfront on the Niantic River. Guests can enjoy outdoor living with plenty of seating, a gazebo, and grill (accessories available for use). The lower-level waterfront includes use of additional seating and picnic area. The Niantic River is excellent for fishing and crabbing!

The cottage sleeps up-to six people and has parking for two guest vehicles. The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. Enjoy your vacation on the Connecticut coastline. Conveniently located halfway between Boston and New York City.

BEDROOMS: The first-floor bedroom includes a Twin/Twin bunk bed and a single Twin bed. The upstairs bedroom includes a Queen bed, and the upstairs landing has a Twin bed. There is a Smart TV in each bedroom. An additional Single cot is available if requested.

KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, crockpot, coffee pot, plates, cups, and utensils. Be sure to check out the spices and "odds and ends" cabinet.

BATHROOM: There's a full-size tub and shower and standard size toilet. Towels and limited toiletries included.

LAUNDRY: The laundry room is located on the first floor off of the bedroom and includes a full-size washing machine and dryer. Limited laundry detergent and dryer sheets included.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM: Enjoy the large sectional couch, Smart TV, 4-person dining table and chairs set, and fully stocked bookcase.

Located up-river near Banning Cove and the Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve. See local wildlife, including Bald Eagles, egrets, swans, cormorants, deer, rabbits, and more. Perfect getaway for nature enthusiasts or families looking to explore the outdoors together.

Local Employers (appx. driving): Under 10 minutes to Dominion/Millstone. 10 minutes from downtown Niantic, East Lyme beaches. 15 minutes from the US Coast Guard Academy, Connecticut College, and Mitchell College. 20 minutes from downtown Mystic and Olde Mistick Village. 20 minutes from Subase New London, Electric Boat, Pfizer, UCONN Avery Point, and L&M Yale New Haven hospital. 25 minutes from Foxwoods Casino, Mohegan Sun Casino, and Backus Hospital.
