Most of the staff was wonderful - Tes (bellmen - both of them! ), Ronnie (security), Jamar, Silen, Gaimar (Gaiman?), Arthur, the team at breakfast - frindly, welcoming and so helpful. However, one bartender was just rude. Wouldn't acknowledge you, never said 'hello' - acted as if he was doing you a favor. It wasn't just me - he treated all the customers this way. Saturday evening, he was working the Sidelines bar. Friday evening, he was in the other bar. No fridge in the room was a bit of a surprise.

Loved my stay and my room was clean with no complaints. The only thing I had an issue with is that when we arrived a lot of the staff was very rude to us and trying to rush us. We had to leave our bags with the bell staff because our rooms were not ready and they had an attitude with us because we were trying to get stuff out of our bags first before handing them over. Even had similar attirude in the restaurant. Tip. All food and drinks are over priced for what you get.

Over charged me and my friends.
I was charged $100 more than I was told I would be. And when I asked why, they rushed me away from the counter. I have tried to call to speak to a manager and emailed them and no response. Utterly ridiculous. They even charged my friend an extra $100 after we all checked out, and we don’t know the reason.
