The room was clean and comfortable. The different towers was interesting and made it a little complicated with parking and getting to your room. Staff was definitely welcoming and warm when checking in and out. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

I only spent one night, i thought after a long day I would have a nice shower, I didn't it! Shower head was very strong and the water only have a few holes coming out. The rest was good.

Beautiful Lobby , Over priced restaurant with sub par food & service. Honda accord in parking garage was left on its rotors - Thieves broke through the parking garage exit to escape. When I notified the front desk they didn't seem to have any concern. The room was clean , bathroom was tiny. Had a little bit of a musty smell.

A home away from home, an excellent hotel stay welcomes one and all with the same warmth, respect and kindness to customers. The staff are marvellous in their professionalism and outstanding when it comes to looking after their guests. Amazingly clean and uplifting atmosphere, rooms,and surroundings. The breakfast was delicious and the ladies staff took great care in serving fresh foods and delicacies. Reception staff were helpful. The shuttle service is indeed very useful, though i had no shuttle services available for the airport, i was flying to and from, (IA DULLES)and incurred paying a lot of money towards taxi.($140) Over all a very pleasant experience. Thank you Thank

The massive construction projects adjacent to the property are dusty and noisy, but this is NOT the fault of the property. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff is superb, especially Carmen, with whom I had a number of Interactions, and who helped tremendously! I would return to this hotel in the future.
