Breakfast was just ok. Dishwasher in the room was literally falling out of the opening in the kitchen. Staff, was great, especially the housekeeping staff. Two laundries in the building and one of them completely out of service, unacceptable….two washers and dryers for the entire hotel.

Good rooms, dull breakfast.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and compare favourably to other Residence Inns by Marriott. However, breakfast is very limited in options and front desk staff need more training with their systems. Both check-in and -out need to be improved. Staff are friendly, but do not know how to use their software.

This property will well-equipped for a longer stay. We were there for ten days. It is a quarter mile away from the nearest Metro station, which will take you to most places you want to go, and it is a half-mile from the White House. The hotel has a full breakfast served each day. Many units have a full refrigerator and stovetop. There is a coin-operated laundry on site for guests to use, and a good workout facility as well. There are many eating establishments nearby, including a CVS next door and a Wawa across the street. Wawa is like a convenience store with a grill for fresh orders to go. The best part of this stay was an abundance of friendly and helpful staff. They went "above and beyond" on many occasions during our stay, and they were always around asking us if there was anything we needed. A small area of improvement is the laundry facilities. Some of the machines were always broken, so there is a need to keep this in better functioning order. The breakfast is open until 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends. This 9am rushed us a bit, and I notice lines forming at 8:45. Perhaps this should be extended on weekdays. Thank you for a great stay, and congratulations on your excellent staff!
