Though Expedia was saying on the website that breakfast was covered , while billing I was told by Hyatt staff that breakfast was not covered and I had to pay . I felt embarrassed. Though Hyatt finally decided not to charge, but embarrassment was not acceptable.

I was glad there is a valet option. It is pricey but there is one price for 24hours with free in/out service. The staff was very curtious. The space was clean. Would definitely stay again.
