The front desk staff offered exceptional service, especially during check-in, where they kept us informed about upcoming upgrades to the TVs in each room, contributing to a secure atmosphere. However, it would have been preferable to be asked about our preference for a higher floor with a city view versus a courtyard view, as the latter presented a less-than-ideal perspective of surrounding structures, furniture, and sparse vegetation. Additionally, we noted that only one elevator was functioning properly.

The hotel is located in a very upscale and safe neighborhood and across some of the nice restuarants. Take the city view and lower floor. Elevators had a little bit of wait. Front desk staff were exceptional and very responsive to our needs.

I loved the hotel, the staff members were very polite and efficient. The only detail I didn’t like was the swimming pool, too shallow (3 feet) and too small, the picture didn’t show the actual size. Also Expedia said the pet fee was $50 but they charged me $75 US dollar ($33 difference in CAD)

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and we were always greeted when we came. Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken which meant we had to sometimes wait. Also there were 4 of us in the room but they only gave us 3 towels and 3 cups even though I requested 4. Otherwise a great stay.
