The Hilton Garden Inn was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and is located in a very walkable area! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was impeccably maintained and the staff was great. The location is top-notch--walkable with many eating/socializing options. Expanding your options even more are plentiful rideshares and a Metro stop about a 15-minute walk away.

I checked in around 3:30 but the room was not yet ready; I didn’t check into my room until almost 4 pm. I will also mention (that for training and safety purposes) that I was a taken aback. The lady who was checking me into the hotel mentioned that my room was not ready and when I asked for an estimated time for it to be ready, she called to the cleaning staff. I was uncomfortable because the lobby area is small and when she called for the room to be ready, she mentioned my room number several times (asking if Room 207 was ready). As a solo woman traveler, and for safety, it should not have been broadcasted that I was staying in a specific room. I hope that different protocols can be placed so that other travelers aren’t aware of where hotel guests are staying. When I did heck into the room, the room was clean, but it took almost 10 mins for the hot water to turn from cool to hot in the shower. Other than that, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

This is the second time in the last year that we stayed here. Our room was not clean despite the sign saying it would be cleaned every other day. Other than that, we love the location and get good service otherwise.

Dimitri was the first handsome smiling face that greeted me and mine at the front desk. He was polite, professional and very informative with questions I asked him. Our stay was AWESOME!! CLEAN ROOM, BREAKFAST, PARKING, WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTAURANTS.
