When you enter the choc very aromatic modern yet classy hotel awaits you. The staff are very polite and friendly. It’s eco friendly as well. Over excellent. The only mild issue for me is even though the beds were firm with lovely linen , it didn’t feel cushiony and fluffy like many luxury hotels. I would also enhance the breakfast buffet.

Perfect extended stay in DC area
We really enjoyed our week long stay at the Fairmont Washington. The location was great. The valets (Brook and Grum) were phenomenal to deal with several times daily. We had a wonderful view. The housekeeper was hard working. It has the best hotel gym.
