Don’t stay here!!
This hotel needs more courteous staff, it was dirty. Hallway carpet smelled and was dirty. They need to get rid of the non guests just hanging in the lobby, they need cheaper parking for that small so-called parking lot in the back. $25 is a lot for no security in the lot. I pay $25 a night at a hotel in downtown Chicago. That lot isn’t worth $25 per night. Cleaner bathrooms are needed. Sink faucet is too close to the back of the sink so your toothbrush almost touches the sink when putting it under water. The shower curtains don’t stay closed around the bent curtain rod. The AC didn’t have a front cover so the air couldn’t be directed it just came out and blew down towards the floor. Room wasn’t vacuumed because I seen a toenail on the floor. No room service and we were there three nights. The hotels site also said there was a restaurant with a bar. THAT IS NOT TRUE THERE IS NOT A RESTAURANT WITH A BAR.

The bed was so uncomfortable and neither of us slept well. It was definitely run down. The AC was cracked and missing the top piece. I feel like it wasn’t worth the money and parking paid.
AC. Piece missing so when you turned it up it made the bed damp.

For an overnight stay was ok but bed was hard. Check in staff was unfriendly. There was exposed wires where an outlet was in one room. Only vending machine was in the lobby even though every floor has vending machines. Only ice machine was on the 2nd floor. Nearby train was ok for getting downtown

Good price, location
Great combination of location and affordability. Good, safe area. Short two block walk to metro. Short on amenities (no breakfast, room refrigerator in double bed room) and not in pristine condition (dents in walls, wear and tear. Adequate shower. All in all, nothing special but location and price make it a great place to sleep when you’re crashing from a day of sightseeing.
