The hotel has a nice vibe. However, I wasn't happy that in the booking it stated that breakfast was included and when I arrived, I was told that was false advertising on Expedia's part. That was a huge inconvenience because the hotel breakfast is expensive and there is no where close to have breakfast.

somehow, we got scheduled through the app for the Hyatt Regency for the second night to be in Herndon and everybody made it possible here at the Washington DC Hyatt location, convention location that we got to even stay in our own room and not have to leave because my daughters having a procedure tomorrow at Children’s Hospital and it would’ve been way out of our way to have to pack up and leave to go to another Hyatt and try to get through traffic tomorrow back to DC

The hotel needs to be advertised as Hyatt hotel and not Cambria. The parking needs to be updated to advertise self park as 30 dollars a day. Food was not cooked and very greasy

Very nice hotel, with great staff, all friendly and professional. Had to walk some to get to the subway, which was new for us as we are from South Florida, but I guess people from Washington might find the distance short. Overall, was a good experience.

Deactivated our keys an hour before checkout so we couldn’t use elevator. Advertised a pool, but had none, no senior discount available except “sometimes,”restaurant had limited and expensive self-serve breakfast bar and served dinner only a couple of designated nights a week. They were converting over to becoming Hyatt and did not notify us of the change.

We had a suite, the sofa couch was falling apart there were pieces of metal hanging it and the mattress was awful. On our last day we found roaches in our room. When I mentioned this to the staff told me that they were being bought out by Hyatt. I do want to say that the night time staff were very helpful with anything we needed.
