The hotel is located near GWU and within walking distance to a metro stop as well as some stores nearby. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

If I could give this hotel a 10 starts I would. Next to Gdub but easy access to all the land marks by Uber. Loved it. Also everyone is soooooo nice!

Good and bad....
In general the stay was good. Staff was friendly and location was really nice for venturing out and staying around locally. We had 2 issues though. The bed mattresses were pretty bad like the mattress you find on a futon bed, then my bill was not paid onto 1 card as requested. Split into 2 cards and causing some banking issues due to a large emergency charge before leaving on vacation.

The people at the ARC Hotel are the absolute best. My partner and I came in with an oversized vehicle and they helped us find parking in a safe space. Also, I left behind something of value in the hotel and the front desk worked with me to find a way to ship it back to me. That doesn't include the person who helped us check-in when we got to the hotel who was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a no frills, basic hotel. My room was not ready when I arrived at 4pm. There is one ice maker on the property on the 8th floor with no signage. Couldn’t find the fitness center. The property is very close to The Kennedy Center

Hotel itself is nice. Minimal parking at $50/night with what appears to be only 4 parking spaces. I arrived at 4:30 pm and all spaces were taken - they provide a list of parking garages nearby. I parked on the street / free 2 hour parking unless after 8:30pm then parking is free until 7am. Room was nice, someone’s hairs were on the pillow so maybe not the cleanest, even though it looked clean. Shower door kept opening while showering, had to hold it closed with my foot. Area seems safe, residential with a hospital and college campuses nearby. I did not receive the VIP $15 food and beverage credit Expedia advertised. Overall I’d stay here again. 3.5/5 stars.
