Sarita check this in she was very helpful giving us all the information we needed accommodated putting me in the room next to my mother and just overall helpful great check-in experience I've had these past two weeks even the maintenance guy was so exceptional he had a big mustache very friendly all the interactions we had with him just a great team apparently they have there!!

I’m hoping this review gets directly to the hotel… I stay here a couple times a year for the nearby racetrack and have never had an unfortunate experience, until this stay. Not the fault of hotel staff but the hallways on any floor have no venting system so they’re quite warm. As for the room: there was hair in the shower; electrical outlets in bathroom didn’t work; coffee maker dirty with old used pod inside; alarm clock time was never changed a couple months ago so it was an hour behind. The gentleman at check-in was very courteous which was appreciated. However there is no excuse for the room to be in that condition. I left at 6am and there was no one at the desk to speak with, unfortunately.

Clean and convenient. Smell of the lobby and breakfast room is very heavily scented of cleaner. Made breakfast very unappetizing. Neighbor was fighting in their room next to me till 1am very noisy.
