Great reception staff, same as restaurant staff. Amazing food in restaurant and not expensive considering the restaurant is in the hotel. Hotel needs updating, noisy room because of traffic outside but also because of loud air condition and I'd be thankful for tea/coffee facilities.

I liked the overnight front desk agent. Due to the delay of my flight from South Korea, I arrived later than I expected around 9:30 pm or so. But my room was ready when I arrived and check in was easy. when I got to my room I inserted my key in the but I tried to remove it, it completely fell apart. I went downstairs and spoke to the agent and he immediately tried to fix to no resolve. He gave me another room exactly like my first and everything was fine. Since my plane was delayed I was very hungry. I asked if there was any place to get quick bite andb suggested Mc Donald's but due to the lateness of the hour I was not comfortable walking alone. Then I remembered I had a taco that I purchased at the airport and the front desk agent (I can't remember his name, so sorry) said he could warm it up for in the hotel's restaurant which he did. The presentation that he presented to me made it look like a luxury meal. I was very impressed. I asked for a coke and he put it in my bill. It was a little expensive (a little over 3.00 for a very small bottle but I needed to have something to drink. Also the shuttle driver an older gentleman that picked me up from the airport and return was the most helpful, friendly and kind person. It was my first stay at the hotel, but I will definitely return because of the very excellent service that I received from the staff. Additionally I loved the room. It was exactly as it was pictured on line. I will be back and I will highly recommend it.

Excellent airport hotel. Shuttle arrived within minutes after we called them. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The unexpected star was breAkfast which was one of the best in Europe for comparable level of hotels. Would definitely stay there again.

My adult son and I enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Conveniently offers free shuttle to airport and is located right across the street from bus that goes straight to downtown Warsaw. Clean room. Our room was quiet and had a nice view of neighborhood at back of hotel. Wonderful breakfast! Hostess at breakfast looked very stern and spoke very little, if any, English.
